katekovac.com sells self-help guides written and narrated in the voice of Kate Kovac. Kate is a fictional character created with the help of AI. She is not a real person, a therapist or a medical professional. You can reach us at [email protected].

What you buy

Our products are digital: PDF guides, journal pages and audio practices. After payment the product is delivered by email by our payment partner Lavalane LTD (lava.top). Delivery usually takes a few minutes.

Not therapy or medical advice

The guides are for general self-reflection and relaxation. They do not diagnose, treat or replace care from a qualified professional. Payments

Payments are processed by Lavalane LTD (lava.top) by card, Apple Pay or PayPal. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Your bank statement may show lava.top. We never see or store your full card details.

Personal use

You may use what you buy for yourself and print copies for your own use. Please do not resell, share publicly or republish the materials.

Refunds
